It's almost over.

Today was our last peer advisor meeting for work. It was a pizza party and we reflected on our year together, it was nice but I actually don't like large gatherings so the most fun I had afterwards was when it was just me and my two closer co-workers where we chatted about life after graduation and our love lives.

I wonder where life is going to take me. I have a plan, but sometimes things don't go as planned.

Also, this is my last week in my apartment since the lease is ending. You guys don't know this, I never voiced it for some reason, maybe because I didn't feel like it was worth a whole post to itself, but I have been dying in this apartment. Both me and Hiromi have tbh.

Our roommates were fine in the beginning but they became very inconsiderate as time went on. Dirty, and I mean dirty not messy. They leave boiled eggs out in a pot overnight which makes the whole house smell, meat they've cooked they leave on the stove for 5-7 days, and fish they've cooked they leave out for 2 days.

It's disgusting. They can't even eat that food anymore, I don't know why they do it. Our house currently house a sour smell to it and when I asked my roommates if they smelled something bad they said they didn't smell anything, only Hiromi did. It was so bad they caught me spraying Febreeze in the living room.

Their dishes pile up and I literally mean pile to a small hill, and the white stove turns brown from the food they leave stuck on it. It's just gross.

Not to mention all their guy friends constantly staying over and sleeping on our coach and staying up to the wee hours in the morning and being ridiculously loud, as well as using our bathroom, even to the point of our shower.

Me and Hiromi are tired, and we are happy we have a couple more days till we leave. We will be going with our own friends for last week of instruction. 16 more days till graduation.

my afternoon dream.

I am happy to have finished my Japanese debate. It was surprisingly fun though still hard lol. I've been super busy with school so I'm happy it's going to be a three day weekend!

I've been missing doing shoots tbh, and won't be able to do any until I get my own car. Once school ends and I get a job I hope things will be easier because it will be a set schedule and no more studying and homework. I hope...lol. Life is never easy.

Job hunting is a pain. I've been tweaking my resume and working on cover letters lately. We'll see how it goes, one step at a time! 21 days till I'm done with school.

In the meantime, here are some lovely hanami photos from Nakameguro that I never posted since they were my iphone photos.

Treat Yo'self, II

The last time I treated myself was the Blink-182 concert back in March and I bought those tickets in January. Last time I bought any type of clothes was also in January and it was lingerie. I'm happy to say I was able to go shopping today and bought a good amount of clothes with a set budget!

I went out with Tia where we went shopping at Irvine Spectrum. It was raining like crazy earlier in the day but luckily it became nice and clear later with just a few clouds.

Pintrest has been helping me very much with my style. Well, a combo of pintrest, tumblr, and lookbook. Once I get a full time job I'm going to set aside some pocket money to go shopping every now and then.

Forever 21, Wet Seal, and Angl was were I bought most of my clothes. Tbh, Wet Seal and Angl had more of the style I'm going for. This is the first time I've been excited for a while. I have to remind myself to treat myself every once in a while but it gets hard when you have a goal you are trying to achieve.

After shopping, Tia and I had dinner at a Japanese sushi izakaya where she had yellowtail jalepeno sashimi with rice and I had a poke don. It was delicious, oh sashimi I miss you so much.

In other news, 28 days till my last day of school.

Close your eyes, just settle.

A random photo I posted on my Instagram a while back of when I was with Lyy wandering around Hamamatsucho. Walking around Hamamatsucho after eating at Denny's was always nice.

I'm in the middle of midterms. Two down, and three more to go. Though I've lost all motivation tbh, even for the midterm I just took today I didn't study. I can't do that for Japanese and my EA class though so I need to buckle down.

I've lost count, not sure if it's week 5 or 6 but I know that I'm almost done. I have around a month until I graduate from my university. I can't wait, I'm so done with school.

Going to start looking for jobs for once I graduate. Not sure how I feel about that tbh.

Last minute outing.

As always, my friends always convince me last minute to go out lol. I went out last night clubbing with Hiromi. I didn't really want to go because of money and then clubbing is not really my thing unless I am somewhat buzzed (just don't like the atmosphere), but Hiromi asked me one last time and told me her friends could get us in for free so I thought, "fuck it" and got ready to go lol. She was so happy I was going.

Her friends picked us up at our place, it was her friend Maya which I met before at the pub, her boyfriend Peter, and friend Riley. We drove to Newport to go to Sutra where apparently a well-known DJ was playing. I don't care for EDM though unless it's laid back but it was cool still.

We chilled in the smoking area outside and met some weirdos as always, but since we had guys with us less weirdos came up.

The world is so small though. We met a guy who studied in Japan at Temple University for three years, and I told him I went to Keio for one and we all got along. He was super funny and entertaining, he kept all of us laughing when he spoke in the yankee Japanese haha.

It was also cool getting to know Peter and Riley, Peter was super chill and Riley was nice. Tbh, I didn't enjoy being at the club, but I enjoyed hanging out with Hiromi and her friends.

I chilled with Riley since I wasn't feeling the club so we went to his car and smoked. He told me Hiromi really loves me and always says good things about me.

This made me so happy to hear because I really like her too and enjoy her company so much, she is so fun and chill and different than a lot of Japanese girls I met. We relate very easily.

One more month in our apartment together and two more before she goes back to Japan. I'm not too bummed since she is moving to Tokyo so I plan to see her there :]
